PRINTING

If your computer is connected to a printer, or several, you’ll definitely want to set up print styles for each.

Open the print style dialogue box from the Edit menu. It contains four of the tabs that appear in the Print dialogue box, but setting them up here saves you the aggravation of having to do it every time you print.

To print on the Tektronix at Shaffer, you’ll want to pay particular attention to the Setup tab. Make sure you’ve selected the Tektronix Phaser 780 Plus printer description, and tabloid plus as the paper size.
